You're Never Alone Starting A Business

What is a Christian Business GOD's Way? It is letting the LORD guide your way in your decisions and business practices. You will find there is a lot of help in how to run a business in the bible. Throughout the bible it talks about many entrepreneurs and how they became successful with God's help. "You may say to yourself, "My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.” 18 But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today." Deuteronomy 8:17-18 (NIV)
Starting a business doesn't have to be a scary endeavor: With the LORD as your Mentor you have all the support and guidance you will need to create your new business and obtain success.
Faith is the strong component in your small business's success: Without faith it is hard to try to go it alone. The solution is to Trust God and his principals to guide you "Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your path.” Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV)
Starting your very first business: It can be overwhelming to search for and learn all the aspects needed to get your business created, but it is a problem that is easily resolved when you let God guide you along the way. The Lord knows your wants and needs and will guide you in the best possible direction to help you obtain your goals “Faith without works is dead.” James 2:26 (KJV).
One thing is for sure: Don't expect to just sit back, pray and it will all come to you. You need to make an effort as well. Start and develop a business plan and put in a full day's work. Not only will you feel satisfied at the end of the day, but you will be showing God that you want this and you will work your hardest to achieve your dream "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men." Colossians 3:23
When you decide you want to go into business: You need to reflect on the real reason behind this decision. I read something that someone wrote about the test of satisfaction, it read "If what I have now is all I'm ever going to have, then it's enough." Wow that statement says so much, but there is nothing wrong with wanting more. God wants you to have all your heart desires, and if that means a successful business for you then by all means get out there and make it happen with God's help. Just make sure the true reason behind it is not solely for money and prestige. Read below:
"Moreover, when God gives any man wealth and possessions, and enables him to enjoy them, to accept his lot and be happy in his work - this is a gift of God. He seldom reflects on the days of his life, because God keeps him occupied with gladness of heart." Ecclesiastes 5:19
Solomon says in Ecclesiastes 6:1-2 " I have seen another evil under the sun, and it weighs heavily on men: God gives a man wealth, possessions and honor so that he lacks nothing his heart desires, but God does not enable him to enjoy them, and a stranger enjoys them instead. This is meaningless, a grevious evil." That says a lot about having wealth and prestige without God's gift.
